Welcome to Delta Waves+, a user-friendly app that offers brainwave entrainment designed to help you meditate, sleep, or enhance your focus and concentration. Using binaural beats, this app provides engineered audio frequencies that synchronize your brain's activity with the frequency of a given beat.
